Production line introduction:
This concrete batching plant case was purchased by a Bangladeshi customer in our company. The whole concrete batching plant adopts hopper feeding method, each weighing is accurate and efficient, with an hourly production capacity of 180m³ and uses Sicoma twin-horizontal shaft concrete mixer for mixing.
Production line configuration:
The concrete batching station consists of a JS3000 twin-shaft concrete mixer, a double-bin concrete batching machine, a weighing bucket, a screw conveyor, and a cement silo. The entire set of equipment occupies a small area and has high working efficiency.
Production line advantages:
This hopper type concrete mixing plant adopts hopper weighing feeding method, which can mix 2400L of materials at one time, with a mixing time of only 72 seconds, and can produce 180 cubic meters of concrete per hour. It is one of the most popular concrete mixing plants at present.
